The Real Estate Excellence Award honors the most outstanding achievements in Saudi Arabia’s real estate sector. It is an extension of the prestigious FIABCI World Prix d’Excellence, established in 1997 to celebrate excellence across various real estate disciplines. The award is managed by an international jury composed of distinguished experts and professionals from both local and global markets.
Winning the Real Estate Excellence Award is a significant accomplishment, offering recipients a valuable opportunity to showcase their projects on a global platform through the FIABCI network, which includes over 120 leading real estate organizations worldwide.
Winners of the national award in Saudi Arabia will also be nominated for the FIABCI World Prix d’Excellence, which will take place in Vienna on June 11, 2026.
